Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and personalized table service to guests in fine dining or high volume restaurant settings
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen/bar staff, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain immaculate table settings, clean dining areas, and uphold hygiene standards per UAE hospitality regulations
- Operate POS systems to process payments, generate receipts, and manage tip allocations
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor managers to resolve guest requests, handle complaints, and upsell menu items
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, and comportment standards that reflect brand excellence and UAE hospitality norms
