We are looking for energetic and customer-focused **Wait Staff** to deliver excellent service and create a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders accurately, and provide prompt service.
- Process orders using the POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service counters, and workstations.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, café, or QSR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
