Role Overview
Lead advanced credit and portfolio risk analytics strategies to strengthen credit risk management, portfolio quality, delinquency control, and sustainable growth.
Partner with business, risk, product, technology, finance, and senior leadership teams to turn complex data into strategic decisions.
Compensation and Employment
- The stated salary range is INR 4,000,000 to INR 8,000,000, or approximately INR 40 to 80 LPA.
- The job type is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead credit risk analytics and portfolio analytics strategy across the organization.
- Monitor portfolio quality, credit performance, delinquency, roll rates, vintage performance, and risk trends.
- Identify drivers of delinquency, defaults, losses, and portfolio deterioration and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop credit risk models, scorecards, segmentation, propensity models, and early-warning systems.
- Apply data science, machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics to credit decisioning and portfolio management.
- Create dashboards, risk indicators, forecasts, and management reporting for senior leadership.
- Analyze customer, product, geographic, channel, and behavioral segments for emerging risks and growth opportunities.
