Role Overview

Digital Marketing and Growth

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and clinic growth objectives.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality, patient acquisition, ROI, and cost efficiency.
• Improve qualified patient leads, clinic footfall, and marketing outcomes using data-driven insights.

Brand Management

• Own brand positioning and maintain consistent communication across digital channels.
• Strengthen brand awareness, credibility, patient engagement, and community growth.
• Manage social media presence and online reputation.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on brand communication.

Team Management

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative and digital marketing team.
• Provide direction to video editors, SEO executives, content writers, and graphic designers.
• Set objectives, timelines, and quality standards and mentor team members.

Lead Generation and Clinic Growth

• Generate high-quality patient enquiries and optimize the digital lead funnel from acquisition through conversion.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, performance marketing, or related roles.
• Mandatory experience in dermatology, skin care, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, performance marketing, and digital growth.
• Experience driving customer or patient acquisition through digital channels.
• Knowledge of local SEO and online reputation management.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and advertising guidelines.
