Key responsibilities

• Support business and technology initiative planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and operational activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation and service-delivery improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational or technology-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, activities, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and process records.
• Improve customer experience and service efficiency with technology and operations teams.
• Support digital platforms, automation tools, and data-driven processes.
• Follow organizational processes, quality standards, and service requirements.
• Own assigned responsibilities and follow up on dependencies.

Candidate requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in technology, automotive, operations, service management, or a related domain.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of technology-enabled business processes and digital solutions.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and willing to learn new technologies and processes.
• Automotive, mobility, insurance, roadside assistance, AutoTech, or vehicle-services experience is advantageous.
