• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and clinic growth objectives.
• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality, patient acquisition, ROI, and cost efficiency.
• Increase qualified patient leads and clinic footfall across target locations.
• Track campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve marketing outcomes.

Brand Management

• Own brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across digital channels.
• Strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and patient engagement.
• Manage social media presence and drive audience and community growth.
• Oversee online reputation management and positive brand perception.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on brand communication.

Team Management

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary creative and digital marketing team.
• Provide direction and performance oversight to video editors, SEO executives, content writers, and graphic designers.
• Establish objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Mentor team members and improve productivity and creative output.

Lead Generation and Clinic Growth

• Generate high-quality patient enquiries and optimize the digital lead funnel through conversion.
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and patient acquisition costs.
• Align marketing efforts with clinic, business, operational, and revenue goals.
• Drive digital initiatives that contribute to clinic footfall and business growth.

SEO and Healthcare Marketing

• Develop and oversee local SEO strategies for clinic locations.
• Ensure marketing activities follow applicable healthcare advertising and communication guidelines.
• Monitor search visibility, online reviews, local listings, and digital reputation.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and healthcare marketing practices.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
• Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, performance marketing, and digital growth.
• Experience driving customer or patient acquisition through digital channels.
• Knowledge of local SEO and online reputation management.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and advertising guidelines.
