Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all architectural design, master planning, and technical development across a diverse real estate portfolio
- Define and implement design strategies aligned with the company’s brand, market positioning, and long term vision
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept design through to construction and handover
- Collaborate closely with development, investment, sales, and marketing teams to ensure projects meet commercial objectives
- Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, and design efficiency without compromising quality
- Oversee external consultants including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
- Introduce innovation and best practices in design, sustainability, and construction methodologies
- Lead, mentor, and develop high performing design and technical teams
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in design, architecture, or technical development within real estate
- Proven leadership experience managing large scale, mixed use or luxury development projects
- Strong background in both design excellence and technical execution
- Experience working across all project stages from concept to completion
- Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost structures
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align design with financial performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

Role Overview
