- Manage communication plans and executive reporting throughout transformation programme
- Review and optimise business processes, workflows, and operational structures
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery, cost efficiency, and scalability
- Lead operational reviews and performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee the implementation of digital transformation projects and technology platforms
- Partner with technology teams to enhance data management, reporting, automation, and analytics capabilities
- Drive the adoption of PropTech solutions and innovative technologies
- Direct multiple transformation projects simultaneously across various business units
- Manage programme budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
- Significant leadership experience within real estate, property, facilities management, development, investment, or related sectors
- Proven track record delivering large scale business transformation and change programmes
- Experience leading cross functional teams within complex organisations
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, process improvement, and organisational design
- Experience implementing technology and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Ability to influence executive leadership and drive organisational change

Overview
