Role overview

Middle office and trade lifecycle

• Oversee trade execution support and post-trade processing across asset classes, including capture, confirmation, matching, settlement, fails, corporate actions, and income processing.
• Maintain accurate IBOR, ABOR, OMS, cash, position, and holdings records through daily reconciliations.

Fund accounting and product lifecycle

• Oversee outsourced fund accounting, NAV review, pricing, valuation controls, expenses, tax, fees, transfer agency, registrar, and shareholder dealing activities.
• Lead new fund and DPM launches from approval and operating model design through service-provider onboarding, account opening, seed funding, launch, and stabilization.
• Manage share-class launches, restructurings, mergers, closures, provider changes, and expense-ratio modelling.

Providers, partners, and reporting

• Manage administrators, custodians, registrars, brokers, and sub-advisory investment partners against service levels, KPIs, contracts, regulatory standards, and incident processes.
• Own client valuations, statements, factsheets, performance, holdings reporting, onboarding support, and operational query resolution.
• Deliver regulatory, financial, exposure, liquidity, and breach reporting for Compliance, Finance, Risk, and governance forums.

Platform, data, and controls

• Lead operations for the SimCorp One front-to-back investment platform implementation, including IBOR, ABOR, OMS, risk, reporting, migration, interfaces, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Own product and security data governance, improve processes, and deploy automation and AI with Technology and Data teams.
• Maintain workflows and controls, operate the operational risk framework, and support audits, regulatory reviews, and committee reporting.

Required qualifications

• 15 to 20 years of investment operations, middle-office, and back-office experience in asset management or regulated financial services.
• Experience with fund and DPM operations, fund accounting, NAV review, post-trade processing, reconciliations, corporate actions, tax, and fees.
• Experience with product development, fund launches, service-provider oversight, client reporting, regulatory reporting, and investment-platform implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, judgement, ownership, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Preferred qualification

• Knowledge of the UAE and GCC regulatory environment, including CMA, SCA, and ADGM FSRA, is advantageous.
