Job Purpose
This is a senior level VP role within Personal Banking Credit unit and it covers end-to-end strategic coordination of units digital and AI initiatives.
The role bridges the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, ensuring that AI and digital transformation investments deliver measurable commercial value.
Drive cultural shift within the unit in adopting digitization and AI across all functional areas and existing processes.
Support FABs objectives in digitalizing lending capabilities from a credit lens.
Job Responsibilities
- Align with Digitilization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit. Plan roadmap, prioritize initiatives and projects based on impact, risk benefits and resources available.
- Partner with business team in promoting the business agenda of digitization through projects launched by the business teams such as PL digitization etc. Participate actively in working groups and update unit head of progress, risks, inputs to ensure these are appropriately highlighted in steerco meetings.
- Provide support to other segments of credit in their digitization agenda and initiatives being taken for the benefit of the larger credit unit.
- Take ownership of full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation, project planning, and implementation.
- The AI inititiaves should support in driving the portfolio analytics highlighting portfolio risks and opportunities for business growth.
- Work with risk teams for advanced AI driven models for lending.
- **Qualifications & Experience:**
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in financial services with last few years hands-on experience in developing digitization and AI projects.
- Strong understanding of AI and digitization technologies, data science and business process transformation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important to drive change.
- Mentor, motivate and help develop the skills of team members.
