About the Role
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Mortgage Advisor for field sales in Dubai. The role involves promoting core mortgage products, achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and conducting promotional activities.

Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build new customer base
- Promote sales of Core Product in assigned area or work
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers
- Assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings and road shows in the assigned area
- Ensure submitted customer applications and documentation are complete and error free
- Provide sales MIS and Daily reports to Sales Manager on regular basis
- Build and maintain effective business relationship with Real Estate brokerage/market
- Capitalize on cross selling opportunities
- Recommend customer applications which are considered good credit risk and as per policy
- Handle routine problems and complaints professionally
Requirements
- Preferably University Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in selling mortgage products or sales in a Real Estate Market
- Experience in selling other banking products is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of FAB retail products
- Good computer skills

Job Purpose
- Promote Core Product within the assigned Business Territory (field sales) against set financial targets.
Core Responsibilities
- To achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build new customer base in FAB.
- To promote the sales of Core Product in assigned area or work.
- To build and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
- To assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings and road shows in the assigned area to achieve the budgeted sales volumes.
- To ensure the submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free.
- To follow up for Document discrepancies which have been approved as Deferrals.
- Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re submission if any.
- To provide sales MIS and Daily reports to Sales Manager on regular basis.
- To provide ongoing customer / market feedback to Sales Manager to improve business.
- To build and maintain effective business relationship with Real Estate brokerage/ market.
- To capitalize on cross selling opportunities.
- To recommend customer applications which are considered good credit risk and as per FAB / Group policy.
Qualifications
- Preferably University Degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in selling mortgage products or sales in a Real Estate Market.
- Experience in selling other banking products is an added advantage.
- Proactive, customer focused, strong sales skills, high motivation.
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships within senior managers in various corporate and Govt & Semi Govt Depts.
- Desirable to have a sales diploma or certification.
- Should have good knowledge of FAB retail products.
- Good computer skills are desired.
- Competitive awareness and benchmarking.
