What you'll be doing

  • Scout, evaluate and negotiate new brand partnerships from first approach through deal structuring, pricing, and contract close.
  • Lead and oversee all business plans and strategies for new brand acquisitions, ensuring successful integration and long term growth.
  • Work closely with Strategy and Business Development teams on business acquisition opportunities.
  • Act as strategic consultant to local operating teams, focusing on strengthening strategic partnerships and overseeing financial health.
  • Develop and implement strategy for the group of brands by defining vision and setting financial/operational KPIs.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Oversee brands' omnichannel strategies, budgets, P&L and performance targets.
  • Build and nurture long term strategic partnerships with brand principals.
  • Build and manage high performing teams by coaching, mentoring and ensuring clear development plans.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Track record of building and negotiating brand partnerships with presence to operate at VP level.
  • 15+ years in the beauty industry, ideally with strong omnichannel exposure; candidates from FMCG or luxury fashion, jewelry, and eyewear also considered.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen; comfortable building business plans, purchase plans, and reading P&L performance.
  • Sharp strategic thinking paired with composure and negotiation skill to close complex deals.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience building and developing high performing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management; builds trust across external brand partners and internal teams.
  • Regional and/or international brand building experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across the region.
