Responsibilities
- Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar and execute initiatives and events across offices, stores, and warehouses.
- Act as custodian of employee wellbeing benefits and resources, ensuring continuous relevance and enhancement.
- Prepare communications for wellbeing and engagement campaigns on internal and external channels.
- Conduct market research on trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions for employee experience and wellbeing.
- Secure deals and partnerships with external providers to introduce exclusive employee benefits.
- Capture feedback and prepare analytical presentations to report on performance and achievements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- Fresh graduate
- Eligible for Tamheer program
- Fluent in English
