Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and display standards across Home Accessories, Furniture, Kitchens, Tiles, Flooring, Bathroom Solutions, and related categories
- Implement seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and showroom refresh activities according to the VM calendar
- Ensure all product displays are visually appealing, commercially effective, and aligned with brand standards
- Coordinate product placement, styling, signage, pricing, and display accessories
- Conduct regular showroom audits to identify merchandising opportunities and compliance gaps
- Support new store openings, showroom renovations, and category resets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within furniture, home accessories, retail, kitchens, tiles, flooring, sanitary ware, or interior finishing
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail presentation
- Good knowledge of furniture, home décor, interior finishing products, and showroom styling
- Ability to interpret floor plans and merchandising layouts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Overview
- The Visual Merchandising (VM) Execution Officer is responsible for executing visual merchandising standards across assigned showroom categories, ensuring product displays reflect the company's brand identity and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and display standards across Home Accessories, Furniture, Kitchens, Tiles, Flooring, Bathroom Solutions, and related categories.
- Implement seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, and showroom refresh activities according to the VM calendar.
- Ensure all product displays are visually appealing, commercially effective, and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate product placement, styling, signage, pricing, and display accessories.
- Work closely with Category Managers, Sales Teams, and Operations to ensure proper product presentation.
- Conduct regular showroom audits to identify merchandising opportunities and compliance gaps.
- Ensure display products are properly maintained, clean, and in excellent condition.
- Support new store openings, showroom renovations, and category resets.
- Monitor stock availability for display items and coordinate replacements when required.
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer engagement and product visibility.
- Ensure all visual merchandising activities comply with company safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within furniture, home accessories, retail, kitchens, tiles, flooring, sanitary ware, or interior finishing.
- Experience in large format retail or showroom environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail presentation.
- Good knowledge of furniture, home décor, interior finishing products, and showroom styling.
- Ability to interpret floor plans and merchandising layouts.
- Understanding of customer shopping behavior and retail trends.
- Strong coordination and project execution skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
