- Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen sales, custom joinery sales, or interior solutions sales
- Strong understanding of kitchen design concepts and materials
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proven record of sales target achievement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
