Job Overview

  • We are seeking a customer focused and results driven Senior Sales Officer – Aluminum to join our showroom team.
  • The role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, understanding project requirements, and providing tailored aluminum solutions for residential and commercial applications.
  • The successful candidate will handle complex customer requirements, support high value sales opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their project requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Recommend suitable aluminum systems, profiles, glazing options, hardware, and finishing solutions.
  • Manage complex customer requirements and provide customized aluminum solutions.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, sales proposals, and project recommendations.
  • Explain product features, system performance, technical specifications, and available customization options.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support junior sales team members with product knowledge and customer consultations when required.
  • Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and documentation.
  • Ensure showroom displays and product presentations are maintained to company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum sales, doors and windows sales, façade systems sales, architectural building products sales, or showroom sales.
  • Strong understanding of aluminum doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and architectural aluminum solutions.
  • Knowledge of aluminum profiles, glazing systems, hardware, accessories, and finishing options.
  • Ability to manage complex customer requirements and customized project solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven record of sales target achievement.
  • Good understanding of architectural drawings and project requirements.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
