Position Overview
- The Department of Electrical Engineering (ELE) in the College of Engineering at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) invites applications for a Visiting faculty position at the assistant, associate, or full professor level, commencing in Fall 2027.
- The position is primarily focused on teaching and is a one year renewable contract.
- The position is open to all areas of Electrical Engineering.
Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field and be able to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Excellence in teaching and research, along with experience in the American model of higher education, are highly desirable.
