The organization is seeking an experienced VIP Client Concierge to provide personalized assistance, relationship management, and tailored support to high-value clients.

Location and Work Arrangement
- Location: United Arab Emirates.
- The role is fully remote.
- Employment type: Part-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for VIP clients and high-value customers.
- Understand individual preferences, expectations, and service requirements.
- Provide personalized recommendations, arrangements, and assistance based on client needs.
- Coordinate reservations, appointments, travel-related requests, lifestyle services, and special arrangements where applicable.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client profiles, preferences, requests, and interaction records.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive and personalized communication.
- Coordinate with hospitality, retail, travel, service providers, and internal teams to fulfill client requests.
- Handle sensitive requests and client information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
- Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance VIP service and retention.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, Communications, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, client relations, customer success, or premium service is preferred.
- Strong understanding of VIP customer expectations, personalized service, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and service-recovery skills.
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential client information responsibly.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify appropriate service opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and client-management platforms.
- Ability to remain composed and professional when managing demanding or time-sensitive requests.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with remote teams and external service partners.
