Role overview
The organization is seeking a Community Officer to support community engagement, member communication, events, and relationship-building initiatives.
This is a part-time, fully remote role focused on strengthening member relationships, coordinating engagement activities, monitoring feedback, and improving community participation and experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community engagement and member communication activities.
- Build relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.
- Respond to questions, feedback, and community requests professionally.
- Organize online events, activities, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor discussions, participation, and emerging member needs.
- Create or coordinate content for community communication channels.
- Gather feedback and identify improvements to the community experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, operations, and other teams.
- Maintain community records, activity calendars, and engagement reports.
- Recommend ideas to improve participation, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
