About the Role
Rixos Hotels Gulf is seeking a Villa Beach Runner to deliver food, beverages, and amenities to beach guests at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. The role involves setting up beach equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver food, beverages, and guest amenities promptly and accurately to beach guests
- Assist guests with setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and other beach equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area, including sunbeds, tables, walkways, and service stations
- Ensure all guest requests are attended to promptly and professionally
- Support the Food & Beverage team by coordinating with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor beach inventory, including towels, amenities, and service equipment, and report shortages to the supervisor
- Collect used service items, glassware, and waste from the beach area while maintaining cleanliness throughout the day
- Observe and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with guests
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and service procedures
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Food Safety and Hygiene certifications
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
- Previous experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage, or beach/pool operations is an advantage

Qualifications
