- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, dust, polish, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms
- Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen closets
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with team
Requirements
- Ability to provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to support team during peak periods
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Job Description
- Seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Room Attendant for Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi
- Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms
- Deliver exceptional housekeeping services while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests while respecting privacy
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas
- Perform comprehensive housekeeping duties: making beds, changing linens, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, cleaning floors, sanitizing bathrooms
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Remove trash and used items promptly
- Replenish guest room supplies
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and functionality
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and linen closets
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks
Qualifications
- Cooperate and comply with OSH instructions and safe working procedures
- Take reasonable care for health and safety of self and others
- Follow OSHMS procedures
- Use appropriate PPE and safety systems
- Attend OSH training as required
