Full-time creative production role focused on video editing, motion graphics, and generative AI workflows.
The role produces content for paid media, social media, CRM, brand campaigns, product communication, and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
- Create original motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create and adapt content for Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and multiple aspect ratios.
- Translate briefs into visual executions with the Creative Lead and Marketing team.
- Generate or modify shots, environments, backgrounds, transitions, sequences, and visual assets with AI tools.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional footage and complete sound, audio, and finishing work.
- Maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
- Stay current with video, motion design, and generative AI developments.
Creative technology
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is highly valued.
- Additional tools mentioned include Adobe Photoshop, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Magnific, Adobe Illustrator, Envato, Shutterstock, and AI-assisted production tools.
- The role values experimentation with emerging AI creative tools and their integration into real production workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work.
- Strong understanding of pacing, composition, storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating polished creative content for brands, agencies, or digital-first businesses.
- Good understanding of social-first content and performance advertising creatives.
- Ability to work from briefs, contribute ideas, manage multiple requirements, receive feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Strong ownership and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.
- AI-assisted video work, commercial AI shot integration, advanced motion design, and relevant industry experience are bonus qualifications.
