Job summary
Zofeur is seeking a Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer with strong editing, motion design, and generative AI production skills.
The role covers work from concept through final execution across paid media, social media, CRM, brand campaigns, product communication, and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, and visual effects from scratch.
- Develop content for Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Adapt master creatives into 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9 formats.
- Translate briefs into visual executions with the Creative Lead and Marketing team.
- Generate or modify shots, environments, backgrounds, transitions, and supporting assets with generative AI.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional footage in a polished and visually consistent way.
- Handle sound design, music selection, audio mixing, and video finishing.
- Maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on video editing, motion design, and generative AI developments.
Creative technology
- Strong hands-on experience is sought with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Magnific, Adobe Illustrator, Envato, and Shutterstock.
- The role values active experimentation with emerging AI creative tools and integration of AI into production workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work.
- Strong understanding of pacing, composition, storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating polished content for brands, agencies, or digital-first businesses.
- Understanding of social-first content and performance advertising creatives.
- Ability to work from briefs, contribute creative ideas, manage multiple requirements, and iterate quickly.
- Strong ownership and effective collaboration in a fast-paced creative team.
Preferred experience
- AI-generated or AI-assisted video work in a portfolio is preferred.
- Realistic AI-generated shots integrated into commercial content are preferred.
- Motion design beyond basic presets and templates is preferred.
- Advertising, automotive, mobility, lifestyle, technology, or consumer brand experience is preferred.
- Understanding performance marketing and complete AI-assisted creative executions is preferred.
