The platform offers professional chauffeurs by the minute, hour, day, or month through its app and Zofeur Black subscription service.
Job Summary
The CRM Executive, Growth & Marketing will support customer engagement and lifecycle execution across the Zofeur app and Zofeur Black subscription service.
The role focuses on campaign execution, segmentation support, and multi-channel communications to drive activation, engagement, repeat usage, and reactivation.
The position works with Growth, Creative, and Product teams in a data-informed environment focused on testing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding campaigns to help new users complete their first ride.
- Support retention, engagement, reactivation, referral, and loyalty campaigns.
- Manage lifecycle communications for Zofeur Black subscribers, including engagement and renewal messaging.
- Execute campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
