Job Summary
The role combines video editing, motion graphics, and generative AI production from concept through final execution.
Content will support paid media, social media, CRM, brand campaigns, product communication, and digital platforms.
Video and Motion Design
- Edit short-form and long-form video content and create motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create motion graphics from scratch in Adobe After Effects rather than relying mainly on pre-built templates.
- Adapt master creatives for 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9 formats.
AI Production
- Create and integrate AI-generated shots and visual elements into video productions.
- Use generative AI to generate or extend shots, modify footage, create environments and backgrounds, develop transitions, and produce supporting visual assets.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional footage so the final result is natural, polished, and visually consistent.
Channels and Collaboration
- Develop content for Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Work with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to turn briefs and concepts into strong visual executions.
- Maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
Audio and Development
- Handle sound design, music selection, basic audio mixing, and video finishing.
- Stay updated on developments in video editing, motion design, and generative AI.
Preferred Creative Tools
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is valued.
- The posting lists Adobe Photoshop, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Magnific, Adobe Illustrator, Envato, Shutterstock, and AI-assisted production tools as valued tools.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work is required.
- Applicants should understand pacing, composition, storytelling, typography, visual hierarchy, social-first content, and performance advertising creatives.
- Applicants should be able to work from briefs, contribute ideas, manage multiple requirements, receive feedback, iterate quickly, and take ownership through final delivery.
- Experience with AI-assisted video, realistic AI shots, advertising, automotive, mobility, lifestyle, technology, or consumer brands is advantageous.
