About Zofeur
Zofeur is an on-demand personal chauffeur platform serving customers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
The platform offers chauffeur services by the minute, hour, day, or month, including rides and vehicle-related errands.
Job Summary
Execute CRM campaigns across customer journeys for the Zofeur app and Zofeur Black subscription service.
Support user activation, engagement, repeat usage, and reactivation through targeted, data-informed communications.
Work with Growth, Creative, and Product teams across customer touchpoints in a fast-paced, test-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding, retention, engagement, reactivation, referral, and loyalty campaigns.
- Support lifecycle communications for Zofeur Black subscribers, including engagement and renewal messaging.
- Execute campaigns across push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Set up and schedule campaigns using CRM and engagement platforms.
- Build customer segments from behavioral and usage data.
- Support A/B testing of messaging, timing, and creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports with key insights.
