Job Summary
Zofeur is seeking a Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer with strong editing and motion design skills and hands-on experience using generative AI in production workflows.
The role takes ideas from concept to final execution across paid media, social media, CRM, brand campaigns, product communication, and digital platforms.
The position is not described as a traditional video editing role and requires work in a fast-paced creative environment.
Video and Motion Production
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, visual effects, and After Effects compositions from scratch.
- Adapt master creatives into 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9 formats.
- Handle sound design, music selection, basic audio mixing, and video finishing.
AI-Assisted Production
- Use generative AI tools to generate video shots, extend or modify footage, create environments and backgrounds, and develop cinematic transitions and sequences.
- Generate supporting visual assets and explore creative concepts before production.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional footage so the result is natural, polished, and visually consistent.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Work with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to translate briefs and concepts into visual executions.
- Create content for Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay updated on relevant creative technology developments.
Creative Technology
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Magnific, Adobe Illustrator, Envato, and Shutterstock is highly valued.
- The role emphasizes active experimentation with emerging AI creative tools and integration into real production workflows.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work is required.
- Strong understanding of pacing, composition, storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy is required.
- Experience creating polished content for brands, agencies, or digital-first businesses is required.
- Good understanding of social-first content and performance advertising creatives is required.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, collaborative, comfortable with feedback, and able to manage multiple creative requirements efficiently.
Preferred Experience
AI-generated or AI-assisted video work is preferred.
Experience with realistic AI-generated shots, advanced motion design, advertising, automotive, mobility, lifestyle, technology, or consumer brands is preferred.
Understanding performance marketing and experience combining AI generation, editing, motion graphics, sound, and visual effects are preferred.
