The role combines video editing, motion design, and generative AI production rather than traditional video editing alone.
The successful candidate will take ideas from concept to final execution across paid media, social media, CRM, brand campaigns, product communication, and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, typography animation, transitions, and visual effects from scratch.
- Develop content for Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Adapt master creatives into 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and 16:9 formats.
- Work with the Creative Lead and Marketing team to translate briefs into visual executions.
- Generate, extend, modify, and integrate AI-generated shots, environments, backgrounds, transitions, and supporting assets.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional footage in a natural, polished, and visually consistent way.
- Handle sound design, music selection, basic audio mixing, and video finishing.
- Maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay updated on creative technology.
AI and creative technology
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is valued.
- Additional tools listed include Adobe Photoshop, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs, Magnific, Adobe Illustrator, Envato, and Shutterstock.
- The company values active experimentation with emerging AI creative tools and their integration into real production workflows.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work.
- Strong understanding of pacing, composition, storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating polished content for brands, agencies, or digital-first businesses.
- Good understanding of social-first content and performance advertising creatives.
- Ability to work from creative briefs while contributing ideas, manage multiple requirements, receive feedback, and iterate quickly.
- Curiosity about emerging creative technologies and willingness to experiment with AI.
- Strong ownership of projects from brief through final delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.
Bonus qualifications
AI-generated or AI-assisted video work, realistic AI shots, and motion design beyond basic presets are advantageous.
Experience in advertising, automotive, mobility, lifestyle, technology, or consumer brands is advantageous.
Performance marketing knowledge and experience combining AI generation, motion graphics, editing, sound, and visual effects are advantageous.
The ability to demonstrate how AI improves production speed, scalability, or creative quality is advantageous.
