IFZA Dubai is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging video content for digital platforms. The role involves shooting and editing videos, creating social media content, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, reels, short form videos, social posts, stories, and promotional content
- Shoot and edit videos, including interviews, event highlights, behind the scenes content, and corporate content
- Capture high quality photos and videos using professional cameras or mobile equipment
- Work closely with marketing, design, social media, and video production teams to execute content plans
- Support content creation for events, activations, interviews, launches, internal communications, and external campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, transitions, audio trends, and platform best practices
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, visual identity, tone, and quality standards
- Organize and manage content files, raw footage, edited videos, and creative assets
- Assist in brainstorming new content ideas that improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats suitable for different platforms
- Support motion graphics, text animation, subtitles, and video enhancements when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2–6 years of experience in content creation, social media content, videography, video editing, or digital marketing
- Must provide a portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video, photo, social media, or campaign content
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / Canva
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform trends
- Good eye for visuals, composition, lighting, storytelling, and editing rhythm
- Ability to create both professional corporate content and trend based social content
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple content requests

Role Overview
- We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Content Creator to support the development of engaging visual, video content across digital platforms.
- The role will focus on creating high quality content for social media, campaigns, events, brand communications, and marketing initiatives while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, hands on content production skills, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing and platform appropriate content.

Qualifications & Experience

Tools & Software
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects/ Canva
- Mobile content creation apps
- Camera, lighting, and audio equipment
- AI creative tools would be an advantage
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform trends along with good eye for visuals, composition, lighting, storytelling, and editing rhythm.
- Ability to create both professional corporate content and trend based social content.
- Ability to take direction and translate feedback into improved content.
- Understanding of brand consistency and visual quality control.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are mandatory, and you should be comfortable working behind the camera and directing people during shoots when needed.
- Experience creating content for corporate, business, lifestyle, events, or B2B brands is desirable. Proven experience with LinkedIn and Instagram content creation along with filming interviews, reels, event coverage, and promotional videos will be preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple content requests.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
