Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing in IFZA offices
- Complete office opening and closing checklists daily
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Prepare conference rooms for client and staff meetings
- Assist reception and support front desk operations
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and amenities to clients and executives
- Report issues to Office Manager in a timely manner
- Maintain supply inventory for stationery, pantry, and cleaning materials
- Ensure workplace is neat and presentable for visitors
- Maintain and protect office cleaning equipment
- Clean IFZA car fleet with appropriate methods
- Adhere to strict health and safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or service oriented industry
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and familiarity with cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus and adaptability
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Punctual, reliable, honest, respectful, and trustworthy
