Responsibilities
- Define and execute the SP & FX product strategy and development roadmap
- Partner closely with Treasury, Investment Banking traders, and third party providers to structure and commercialize SPs and FX solutions
- Lead ideation to launch initiatives and manage product lifecycle activities, including pricing, risk monitoring and hedging strategies
- Build and maintain robust operational processes, documentation and governance to mitigate suitability, operational and regulatory risks
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements
- Collaborate with distribution teams to create go to market and promotional strategies that drive adoption and revenue
- Establish KPIs and performance tracking for the SP & FX offering; analyze data and client feedback to inform product decisions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop strategic partnerships and foster strong cross functional relationships across the bank
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; CFA preferred
- 10+ years’ hands on experience in structured products and FX derivatives covering structuring, derivatives trading, options strategies, pricing and risk management (Greeks)
- Proven track record in developing and managing SP and FX solutions for wealth or private banking clients
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, regulatory frameworks and operational risk controls
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and decision making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and build partnerships
- Experience with product documentation, suitability/appropriateness frameworks and launch governance

What We’re Looking For
