- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, property developers, and other referral partners
- Identify, establish, and grow new business channels to expand the mortgage customer base
- Conduct regular engagement sessions and product awareness activities with channel partners
- Build a strong external referral network to drive sustainable mortgage sales growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual mortgage sales targets
- Maximize business opportunities through partner referrals and strategic alliances
- Drive acquisition of New to Bank (NTB) customers and increase market share
- Identify cross selling opportunities for other banking products and services
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to mortgage disbursement
- Support customers and referral partners throughout the application and approval process
- Maintain high service standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
- Build long term relationships with customers and business partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mortgage sales, business development, or retail banking sales within the UAE
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business partnerships
- Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage market, products, and regulatory landscape
- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Customer focused with a proactive and solution oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a target driven environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and market awareness capabilities
