Job Description

  • RAKBANK is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support management reporting and business decision making.
  • Perform and monitor reconciliations across multiple banking and finance systems, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance system enhancements and process changes.
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and validating system changes to ensure successful implementation.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management insights to support key stakeholders.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and Risk teams to maintain governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to balance sheet substantiation, risk monitoring, and financial control activities.

What We're Looking For

  • UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance operations, or financial controls.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
  • Exposure to banking products, financial systems, or the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Experience with finance transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
