Responsibilities
- Own the full run and change lifecycle of RAKBANK's cards technology platforms including TSYS Prime 4, TSYS Online Authorization, and fraud detection platform
- Ensure UAE local payment scheme compliance and manage mandate implementation
- Drive platform innovation for new card products, digital wallet integration, tokenisation, and BNPL schemes
- Expose cards platform capabilities as stable, well documented APIs
- Lead cards platform operations including authorisation health monitoring, BCP, DR, and incident management
- Govern post facto fraud detection operations and optimise detection effectiveness
- Manage platform OPEX, FTE model, and automation opportunities
- Plan and communicate the cards platform technical roadmap
- Maintain comprehensive register of TSYS customisations, parameterisation, and technology debt
- Own new change delivery process including regression testing and DevOps release practices
Requirements
- 15+ years in banking technology with at least 5 years in platform management, product ownership, or senior application management covering card management systems
- Hands on experience with TSYS Prime 4 or equivalent enterprise card management platform
- Deep functional knowledge of card products across consumer, SME, commercial, and corporate segments
- Experience managing post facto fraud detection capability
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Job Description
- The Platform Owner — Cards is the single accountable owner for the full run and change lifecycle of RAKBANK's cards technology platform suite: TSYS Prime 4, TSYS Online Authorization, and the post facto fraud detection platform.
What You Will Do
- Own the full run and change lifecycle of RAKBANK's cards technology platforms
- Own end to end UAE local payment scheme compliance and mandate implementation
- Drive the cards platform's capacity for innovation and future growth
- Ensure the cards platform meets the full spectrum of RAKBANK's customer segment requirements
- Expose cards platform capabilities as stable, well documented APIs
- Lead cards platform operations with precision required by real time authorisation system
- Govern post facto fraud detection operations
- Manage all aspects of platform run: OS patching, TSYS version management, PCI DSS compliance
- Lead the cards platform team
- Manage platform OPEX and operational efficiency
- Plan and communicate the cards platform technical roadmap
- Work closely with EA Platform Architect to implement technical standards
What We Are Looking For
- 15+ years in banking technology with at least 5 years in platform management, product ownership, or senior application management covering card management systems
- Hands on experience with TSYS Prime 4 or equivalent enterprise card management platform
- Deep functional knowledge of card products across consumer, SME, commercial, and corporate segments
- Experience managing post facto fraud detection capability
- Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
