- Attend to highest priority customer relationships across the continental US
- Coordinate across Recruiting, Strategy & Operations, and Product leadership to manage operational challenges
- Determine and implement sales enablement tooling
- Allocate sales team budget across hiring, travel & entertainment, and marketing spend
Requirements
- Successfully led and grown one or more sales teams in an operationally complex B2B business
- Data fluent and proficient in sales enablement tooling
- Willing to travel up to 50% of working days
- Player coach willing to fill in gaps while leading
- Currently live in or willing to relocate to Houston, TX

Overview

Role Compensation
- Base salary: $150k $200k
- Uncapped commission based on sales team performance
- Stock options: direct equity ownership

- Hiring, training, and leading Account Executives
- Attending to highest priority customer relationships
- Coordinating across leadership teams
- Determining and implementing sales enablement tooling
- Allocating sales team budget
