Overview

  • As Vice President of Sales at Buildforce, you will lead a high output sales team for the largest network of electricians in the U.S., driving revenue growth and management.

About Buildforce

  • Buildforce is a construction technology company changing construction staffing for tradesmen and subcontractors, starting with the electrical trade.

Role Compensation

  • Base salary: $150k $200k
  • Uncapped commission based on sales team performance
  • Stock options: direct equity ownership

This Role Is Responsible For

  • Hiring, training, and leading Account Executives
  • Attending to highest priority customer relationships
  • Coordinating across leadership teams
  • Determining and implementing sales enablement tooling
  • Allocating sales team budget

Skills & Qualifications

  • Led and grown sales teams in complex B2B business
  • Data fluent in sales enablement tooling
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Player coach mentality
  • Live in or relocate to Houston, TX
  • Aligned with Buildforce Cultural Values
