Overview
- As an Account Executive at Buildforce, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the Virginia market.
- Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships within the construction industry.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range $80K – $100K
- Offers Equity
- Offers Commission
- On target earnings should equal 2X base salary.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Virginia.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms.
- Attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in a CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborating with the recruiting team to match the right candidates with client requirements.
- Collaborating with the product team to improve Buildforce’s contractor facing product.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction related field.
- Intimately familiar with the city of Phoenix.
- History of building successful relationships in previous sales roles.
- Aligned with the six Buildforce Cultural Values.
- Fearless and high tolerance for rejection.
- Superior communication skills.
- Creative, quick thinking problem solver.
- Tech savvy, with proficiency in CRMs like HubSpot.
