- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Virginia
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high customer satisfaction
- Present staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiate contract terms
- Attend workshops, conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM (Hubspot)
- Collaborate with recruiting team to match candidates with client requirements
- Collaborate with product team to improve contractor facing product
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction related field
- Intimately familiar with the city of Phoenix
- History of building successful relationships in previous sales roles
- Aligned with Buildforce Cultural Values
- Fearless with high tolerance for rejection
- Superior communication skills
- Creative, quick thinking problem solver
- Tech savvy with proficiency in CRMs like Hubspot

Overview
- As an Account Executive at Buildforce, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the Virginia market.
- Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships within the construction industry.
About Buildforce
- Buildforce is a construction technology company changing construction staffing for tradesmen and subcontractors.
- Since launch in 2019, Buildforce has grown to put tens of millions of dollars into the pockets of thousands electricians across the United States.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80k $100k depending on experience
- Commission: Uncapped commission with accelerator past quota
- Stock Options: Direct equity ownership in the business
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Virginia
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms
- Attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in CRM (Hubspot)
- Collaborating with the recruiting team to match candidates with client requirements
- Collaborating with the product team to improve Buildforce’s contractor facing product
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in construction related field
