- Develop annual product plans, pricing strategies, and performance targets
- Track product performance and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk policies
- Maintain sound portfolio quality and prudent underwriting standards
- Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of banking or financial services experience
- At least 5–7 years in product management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of SME banking ecosystem and credit programs

About the Role
- The Head of Working Capital & Real Estate Lending is responsible for leading the design, management, and performance of RAKBANK’s Working Capital and Real Estate Lending product suite for Business Banking customers.
- The role focuses on driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer relevance through innovative product development, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and risk optimization.
- You will work closely with the Head of Product – Business Banking to shape RAKBANK’s lending proposition for SMEs and commercial clients, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic priorities and market needs, and reports directly to the Head of Product – Business Banking.
What You’ll Be Doing
