Overview

  • Square Yards UAE is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Real Estate Sales to lead the company's sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and oversee large scale sales operations across the UAE.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in the UAE real estate market, a proven record of building high performing sales teams, and expertise in driving business expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and profitability goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Heads, Sales Directors, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers.
  • Drive sales performance across Off Plan, Secondary Market, and Luxury Real Estate segments.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business operations across the UAE.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and high client retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Mortgage, and Operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE real estate regulations, including RERA guidelines.
  • Present monthly business reviews and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop senior sales leaders to build a high performance culture.
  • Manage budgets, operational planning, and long term business growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive UAE real estate market knowledge, particularly in Off Plan sales.
  • Strong network with UAE developers and institutional investors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large sales organizations and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience managing P&L, sales forecasting, and organizational growth.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
