Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales for Dubai off plan properties
- Handle company generated leads and build your own client network
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Understand clients' investment needs and recommend suitable projects
- Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
- Negotiate offers and close sales successfully
- Update the CRM with client interactions and sales progress
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience (Off Plan experience preferred)
- Candidates with strong sales experience in Banking, Insurance, or EdTech may also be considered
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Multilingual candidates (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, etc.) are preferred
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage
