Job Overview

  • Square Yards UAE is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Senior Real Estate Agent to join our growing Off Plan Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the Dubai real estate market, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to close high value property

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end sales of off plan residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project launches for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and repeat clients.
  • Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property opportunities.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Mentor junior agents by sharing market knowledge and sales best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of UAE real estate experience, with strong exposure to Off Plan Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
  • Ability to build long term client relationships.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • RERA Certification is an advantage.
