Responsibilities
- Manage end to end sales of off plan residential and commercial properties
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful property sales
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project launches for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and repeat clients
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property opportunities
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Mentor junior agents by sharing market knowledge and sales best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE real estate experience, with strong exposure to Off Plan Sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
- Ability to build long term client relationships
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- RERA Certification is an advantage

Job Overview
- Square Yards UAE is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Senior Real Estate Agent to join our growing Off Plan Sales team.
