- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 1 3 years of proven experience in fit out project management
- Strong knowledge of fit out construction techniques, materials, and building codes
- Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Position Overview
- Project Executive specializing in Fit Out projects, overseeing and managing all aspects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in fit out project management, with a minimum of 1 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fit out construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,500.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
