- Ensure number plates are issued correctly and coordinate installation before vehicle delivery.
- Verify customer information and vehicle details before submitting registration transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle registration transactions and documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on registration status.
- Support sales and delivery teams to ensure vehicles are registered before customer handover.
- Handle company owned, demonstration, and fleet vehicle registrations.
Requirements
- 2 5 years of practical experience in vehicle registration in Abu Dhabi
- Hands on experience with Abu Dhabi vehicle registration systems, TAMM, and traffic authority platforms
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Police vehicle registration procedures and UAE traffic regulations
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in English
- Arabic is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field preferred

Role Purpose
- As a Vehicle Registration Officer, you will be responsible for managing and completing all vehicle registration, licensing, transfer, renewal, deregistration, insurance coordination, and related government procedures for ROX UAE vehicles and customers in Abu Dhabi.
- The role requires strong practical experience in Abu Dhabi vehicle registration systems, government portals, traffic procedures, dealership registration requirements, and coordination with various stakeholders.
- You will play a key role in ensuring that all vehicles are registered, licensed, transferred, and delivered accurately and on time while maintaining full compliance with UAE laws and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete vehicle registration process for new and used ROX vehicles in Abu Dhabi.
- Verify customer information and vehicle details before submitting any registration transaction.
- Ensure number plates are issued correctly and coordinate their installation before vehicle delivery.
- Support the Sales and Delivery teams to ensure vehicles are registered before the confirmed customer handover date.
- Follow up with relevant authorities regarding delayed, rejected, or incomplete registration transactions.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain, verify, amend, renew, or cancel motor insurance policies before vehicle registration.
- Use Abu Dhabi government registration platforms, TAMM, traffic systems, and approved dealership portals accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle registration transactions, payments, receipts, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding registration status, pending cases, and completed transactions.
- Process new vehicle registrations, ownership transfers, registration renewals, deregistration, and related traffic transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience in vehicle registration, automotive dealership registration, or a related role in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven hands on experience using Abu Dhabi vehicle registration systems, TAMM, traffic authority platforms, and dealership registration portals.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Police vehicle registration procedures and UAE traffic regulations.
- Previous experience working with an automotive dealership, vehicle showroom, or registration service center is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of new vehicle registration, used vehicle transfer, ownership transfer, registration renewal, deregistration, and plate issuance procedures.
- Strong knowledge of financed vehicle registration, bank mortgage registration, and insurance requirements.
- Ability to identify document discrepancies, system errors, and registration compliance issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and vehicle tracking systems.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
Work Conditions
- Full time position based in ROX UAE, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- May require regular visits to vehicle registration centers, inspection centers, insurance companies, banks, and government authorities.
- Requires handling confidential customer documents and original vehicle documents.
- Requires regular use of TAMM, traffic systems, registration portals, email, Excel trackers, and company reporting tools.
- Customer facing and government facing role requiring direct professional communication.
- May require flexible or extended working hours depending on business needs.
- May require travel within Abu Dhabi.
