Responsibilities
- Welcome all showroom visitors professionally and provide a premium first impression that reflects ROX UAE brand standards
- Identify customer needs, preferences, budget, lifestyle requirements, and purchase intentions through effective communication and consultation
- Present ROX vehicles, features, specifications, technology, performance, safety systems, warranty, service packages, and available options in a clear and professional manner
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives while ensuring proper coordination, customer safety, and compliance with company procedures
- Prepare accurate quotations, booking forms, customer details, vehicle specifications, payment information, and related sales documents
- Follow up with all assigned leads and customer inquiries according to company standards and CRM follow up procedures
- Achieve assigned sales targets, lead conversion targets, test drive targets, booking targets, and customer follow up objectives
- Build long term customer relationships to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive customer satisfaction
- Support vehicle handover and delivery procedures to ensure customers receive a smooth, professional, and memorable delivery experience
- Maintain strong knowledge of ROX products, pricing, promotions, stock availability, competitor vehicles, market trends, and customer preferences
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automotive sales, showroom sales, luxury retail sales, customer service, or a related customer facing sales role
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, achieve targets, manage multiple customers, and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, Excel, email communication, and sales reporting tools
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or other languages are an advantage
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred

ROLE PURPOSE
- As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering a premium ROX UAE customer experience by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, presenting ROX vehicles professionally, managing inquiries and leads, arranging test drives, preparing quotations, supporting sales documenta
- You will play a key role in achieving showroom sales objectives, maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting ROX brand values, and supporting daily showroom operations within a dynamic luxury automotive environment in the United Arab Emirates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with the Reception Team to ensure customers are welcomed, assigned, and attended to promptly.
- Handle customer objections, concerns, and inquiries with confidence, patience, and proper product knowledge.
- Build long term customer relationships to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive customer satisfaction.
- Welcome all showroom visitors professionally and provide a premium first impression that reflects ROX UAE brand standards.
- Follow up with all assigned leads and customer inquiries according to company standards and CRM follow up procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, lead conversion targets, test drive targets, booking targets, and customer follow up objectives.
- Ensure all customer communications are professional, clear, respectful, and aligned with ROX UAE customer experience standards.
- Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, discipline, teamwork, and positive conduct at all times while representing ROX UAE.
- Escalate customer issues, complaints, delays, or special requests to the direct manager or concerned department when required.
- Prepare accurate quotations, booking forms, customer details, vehicle specifications, payment information, and related sales documents.
- Support showroom activities, events, launches, campaigns, customer visits, VIP arrangements, and sales promotions when required.
- Support vehicle handover and delivery procedures to ensure customers receive a smooth, professional, and memorable delivery experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, achieve targets, manage multiple customers, and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, confidence, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, Excel, email communication, and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to explain vehicle features, technology, performance, safety, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or other languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong ability to build trust with customers and manage premium customer expectations professionally.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotations, customer records, booking documents, and sales reports.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer handling, lead follow up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong follow up skills with the ability to manage leads, appointments, customer pipeline, and daily sales activities.
- Ability to coordinate professionally with Finance, Registration, Logistics, Service, CRM, Operations, and Management teams.
