Valuation
- Prepare and sign valuation reports under RICS Valuation – Global Standards within agreed timelines.
- Value commercial, industrial, and residential properties, land, and special-use assets such as fuel stations, schools, hospitals, and agricultural land.
- Ensure valuation reports meet professional, legal, and specific requirements.
- Conduct business valuations under international valuation standards when required.
Compliance and Standards
- Ensure compliance with RICS, IVS, and relevant UAE regulations.
- Oversee and assist with the Company's registration under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
Reporting and Research
- Prepare and oversee periodic market research reports on relevant real estate sectors.
- Maintain valuation templates, data libraries, and industry benchmarks.
Client Engagement and Business Support
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposals as required.
- Support pricing, scoping, and structuring of new valuation engagements.
- Uphold the Company's reputation and ethical standards in external interactions.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct real estate valuations across commercial, industrial, residential, land, and special-use assets.
- Ability to prepare valuation reports in accordance with RICS Valuation – Global Standards.
