Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist cum Admin Assistant.
The role combines front-desk reception duties with daily administrative support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and maintain an organized reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls and take accurate messages when needed.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms as required.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- Manage office supplies and inventory and ensure necessary items are stocked.
- Respond to inquiries about the company's services.
- Handle client and visitor requests efficiently and courteously.
- Support departments with special projects or events.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to administrative planning.
Language Requirement
- Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
