Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles according to company procedures
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any existing damages
- Issue and manage valet tickets accurately
- Maintain proper handling and security of vehicle keys
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Report incidents, accidents, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Minimum 1 year of driving or valet parking experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Clean driving record with a strong focus on safety
