- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 1 year of experience as Data Monitoring Officer
- 1 year of experience with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills in English

Job Overview
- We are looking for a Data Monitoring Officer to monitor daily reports, ensure data accuracy across multiple sites, and identify any inconsistencies or technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily web portal reports and dashboards.
- Review incoming data from multiple sites for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or abnormal data patterns and immediately report issues.
- Verify site level data entries and ensure all portals are synchronized.
- Coordinate with the technical team to report bugs, delays, or system irregularities.
- Prepare daily and weekly summary reports highlighting performance, anomalies, and recommended fixes.
- Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company data standards and reporting protocols.
- Communicate effectively with site teams to follow up on data discrepancies.
- Support management by providing insights based on consistent data trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of web portals, databases, or reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000 AED 4,000 per month
