- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross functional teams, including technical, operational, and business units
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, reports, change requests, and project records
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third party service providers when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project management best practices
- Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks when necessary
- Drive continuous process improvement and recommend operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or project leadership
- Proven experience leading cross functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- UAE Driving License (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with budgeting, risk management, and change management processes.
- UAE project management experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay: AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
