UX and UI Designer Technical Solutions

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, workshops, usability testing, and stakeholder discussions.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design experiences for ERP, engineering solutions, DMS, and other digital products.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, and development teams.
• Validate designs through usability testing and improve experiences using feedback and analytics.
• Support Agile delivery teams during sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles.

Technical Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design, software program management, or digital product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful enterprise application design delivery.
• Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Miro, and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and journey mapping.
• Strong knowledge of design thinking and user-centered design practices.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability to communicate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, design, computer science, information technology, psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant UX/UI certifications are preferred.
